Menu 1 – £27.50 p/p

Starters

  • Gravalax, dill cucumber, rye toast, radish and fennel salad
  • Burrata, pickled pumpkin and cress (v)

Main Course

  • Glazed gammon ham, roasted heritage carrots, buttermilk mash, parsley sauce
  • Mushroom and artichoke pithivier (v)

Served with bowls of buttered brussel tops

Dessert

  • Traditional sherry trifle
  • Cheese course (£5.50 supplement)


Menu 2 – £35.00 p/p

Starters

  • Cornish handpicked crab, pickled carrot and fennel, sourdough toast, fennel flower aioli
  • Salt baked Heritage beets, ryefield, mustard and cress, sourdough crisps (V)

Main Course

  • Roasted Sirloin of beef, gratin dauphinois, roasted brussel sprouts, horseradish and gravy
  • Onion squash stuffed with wild mushrooms, porcini sauce, dark greens (v)

Served with bowls buttered heritage carrots.

Dessert

  • Rich chocolate mouse, caramel sauce, pouring cream
  • Cheese course (£5.50 supplement)
